Women in Engineering Panel Discussion

In honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, the NorCal AEE Chapter was pleased to present a panel discussion from leading women in the Energy and Engineering industry. Attendees learned how AEE and their Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) is supporting women in our industry, heard about the great work companies are undertaking to encourage women to enter and succeed in our industry, and heard from an educator on how we – as a chapter and an industry  – can help promote and inspire women to join our field!

The format included pre-prepared discussion topics as well as an audience Q&A session.
